Ullr System is an independently operated proof-of-delivery tool. It is not provided by a registered company. By using Ullr System, you're contracting directly with the individual operating it, not a limited company.
Ullr System lets drivers capture order numbers, photos, GPS location, and signatures at the point of delivery, and stores that information in a Google Drive folder set up for your company. It does not manage routes, dispatch, invoicing, or any part of your delivery operation beyond capturing this record.
Ullr System is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
You use Ullr System entirely at your own risk. This includes, without limitation:
We strongly recommend you don't rely on Ullr System as your sole record for anything commercially or legally significant, and that you keep your own backups where that matters to your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months prior to the claim (which, for a free trial, is £0).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit such exclusion.
Delivery records are stored in a Google Drive folder created for your company, which you're given access to. We are not responsible for Google's availability, security practices, or changes to their platform. See our Privacy Notice within the app for more detail on what's collected and why.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Ullr System at any time, including during a free trial period, without notice.
We may suspend or end your access to Ullr System at any time, for any reason, including if we believe the service is being misused.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
